During the 2 hour period clients will see blips for connectivity upgrades and possible downtime due to PDU upgrades but this depends on if your server has 1 or 2 PDU's.
Downtime per client is estimated to be 1-20 minutes.

1) Connectivity upgrades for TOR switches [10G to 40G]. 2) Power Upgrades at Rack Level PDU [16amp -> 32amp]. 3) Power Upgrades for greater Power Monitoring.
